Vacant lots.

A neighborhood has asked me to bid their vacant lots. They have 395 of them that are approximately 1/4 acre each. They want use to mow only. And to do it every 14 days. How much do vacant lots go get cut for??? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

They are closer to 1/2 acre each with no trees and in a very clean neighborhood.

395, 1/2 acre vacant lots every 14 days, I would say without looking about $25.00- $30.00 each..

sounds like that is a 200K account.

Can you handle that much work load?

If you can keep in mind that they are asking every 14 days...bid accordingly.

Give them a price for mowing every week and one that is 1 and a 1/3 higher for mowing every 14 days.

$25-30 sounds reasonable to me, if you can handle the work load.

Just a thought
