I am tired of hearing the scrub thing. Used to look forward to jumping on the computer and actually learning something. Been a while since there was actually a discussion on here that was worth reading. It is sad that we have deteriorated to this level

Hey, it wasn't you that screwed up, it was BHB, but thanks for thinking of me. Of course as the big boy he is, I'm sure BHB will admit his mistake.... Yeah, right

John

Love the first pic. I bet you had a rough time getting that wet, sticky grass off the cement though. We carry a broom for just that reason. Although, i tell my guys to keep off the cement if at all possible.

John are those seats on your Exmarks comfortable?
Mine gets a little hard sometimes lol.
As for the scrub thing. We have two new LCOs in town.
LCO A has nice equipment, fully insured and only does this work part time. He does nice work and bids properly.
LCO B has min. amount of equipment , no commercial equip. just homeowner stuff.
No insurance, does very bad work and bids props very low. For example: LCO B bid a prop that was bringing $200.00 per month plus extra for flowers, for $100.00 per month including flowers.
Can you guess who is the scrub?
Needless to say she lost that prop after about 6 months.
