Sod cutting & removal rates

I 've got to quote removing around 208 sq ft of sod and then build a "patio usig of 16" concrete pavers. What is an average charge for the sod removal?

Using a sod cutter, wheelbarrow and one man hour on site. $135.00.

I charge $150.00 minimum. It takes very little time to cut it, but then you have to roll it up, take it to the trailer, and then to the dump. Then you have to spade out the areas that are against the foundation. I have listed this charge on every landscape job that required it and I've had no one complain yet.
