Buy Out

I have read the new post, and almost hesitate to post this but I do need some help

I have The opportunity to buy out a small concrete business. I was wondering what you thought this was worth. Remember this was used for concrete.

Bobcat 753 diesel 1361hrs 1995? new tires (pretty nice).

1987 Ford diesel 1ton flat bed 71,508 miles. starts good

1979 C60 Chevy 10ft Dump (rebuilt eng, transmission, rear end) runs very nice. looks like absolute he11.

old 18hp plate tamper.

newer 5hp plate tamper.

trailer for the bobcat 15+ft pretty god shape.

dwelt hammer drill DW530.

cutoff saw with box of blades (metal diamond).

and all the little stuff (boxes and boxes) it all goes.

I do have a need for alot of this for landscaping.

The gentleman is getting out do to bad health.I looked at this about 2 weeks ago. He said $20,000. He just called tonight and said $19,000. I need some numbers to crunch.

Thank
Marty

The most that I would give for all of this equipment is about 11,500. Like Paul said this is some pretty old stuff, and I'm sure it has been run if used in a concrete business.

I was coming up with 10,000 to 13,000. stuff like this it good to have a second (3rd 4th 5th) opinion.

After reading "How to win at the LCO game" posted in the Commercial Forums by Jim Lewis. I don't think I even want the trucks any more. He sounds like he knows what he is talking about.

Thanks for your input ABM
