Best advice I can give you is.............

Start and keep your business legal. Get tax ID numbers, pay your taxes. Do not wait, it only cost's you more in the long run.

Get a business license.

Get applicator licenses.

We are also starting out. A promotion we are trying is:

Get our Spring Clean Up
& get 50% off your 1st cut of the year.

We have gotten all of our calls from this offer. So far we've gotten a postive result.

Another offer I've heard of is:

Get a FREE cut!

Then you give them there 5th cut free (just the 5th cut, not every 5th cut) , and perhaps you could make your monthly cost a bit higher to compensate for your 'loss'.
