Lawns and mower-

Spell check only catches words if they are spelled incorrectly. "Far" was spelled correctly therefor it would not have been caught by spell check.
Grammar check maybe.

You should have known.

Just determine what you hourly rate needs to be to run you business, how long the job will take, and that is what you charge.

I would think that $200 would be fine if I were in your shoes since you are not doing this for a living and you have all the equipment already. Good Luck.

I have a similar tractor and when I cut with it I get $50 an hour. I wouldn't think it would take you more than 3-4 hours. Bid it for 4 hours and you'll be doing it in 3 after a couple times. Good luck.
