$10,000 - free, what would you do?

Your a lawn service, you have little or no equipment. You earn a $10,000 grant. What equipment would you buy, what kind and why. Right my LCO might be facing this. We need to know what are the best ZTR mowers for the money along with trailors, mabye other essential equipment, advertising? You tell me how you would invest it in your company. Right now we have 35 residential lawns but we are looking to move towards commercial.

Trailer open 6*14 or thereabouts - $1000
Turf Tracer HP 52" - $5300
Metro 32" - $2100
Redmax 7001 blower - $500
Good trimmer - $300

I think I spent $9200. With the other $800, a roll of trimmer line, all various hand tools, eye protection, $60 for peltour worktunes for ear protection, trailer registration, and oh yeah, sulky or pro-slide.

Now you're full in business, I would take out a personal loan from somewhere, somehow to get liability insurance, pricing varies by your area.

Would have to be used to get them all. Dang good money makers. Lot better hourly than mowing. Get all those referalls from the mow guys that don't seed
