Walker mower prices

Hi, Could anybody tell me what the best price you would pay for a new Walker 21hp Diesel with 9.5 bushel catcher and 48" catching deck with heavy duty gearbox in the USA. In New Zealand I have been quoted a best price of $ 34,398 + GST tax of 12.5% $4,299.75 giving a total of $38,697,75. The GST is refundable only if you are in business. Any USA pricing would be very interesting. Cheers.

I don't know about the Diesel, but the 20hp/48" ghs/ 9.5 bushel can be had new with tax for around $9000 USD. Ya'll are getting hosed!!!!!!!!!!

My son just bought one for under $12,000. I want to say somewhere around 11,800, but can't be sure without asking him.

If that's what you have to pay there for Walkers, what are you getting for average lawns?
Here in the USA that Walker would be btwn 11-12k

Man I thought that I got hosed . Ipaid $10380 for a walker with a42" 26hp fuel inj. I am really happy with it so far.

we bought a 2002 model in feb of last year. we got all the bells and whistles / it. 26 efi, 9.5 hopper, low profile tires,light kit, curb jumper and grass deflector for 11,500.00 us dollars

at that exchange rate, it would STILL put the cost at nearly 20,000 USD, and that doesn't include the tax.
You would save money coming here to the states to buy it, and ship it back and pay the duty. LOL
