Bagworms

I have had a couple of my lawn customers ask about spraying pine trees in the next couple of weeks for bagworms. Anyone have a favorite chemical that works good? From what I have read Conserve (spinosad) seems to get good ratings.

Orthene and Bacillus thuringiensis also work.

products

Sevin- the old standard, cheap and good

Pyrethroids ( long residual ): Demand ( formerly scimitar ),
Tempo, Suspend ( same as Delta Gard and cheaper), Talstar(can also be used for mites),. All of these are really good and low use rates.
