fall clean-ups

i was wondering how you would charge for a fall clean-up. i usually just account in the number of hours i worked and the cost of equipment and charge them based on that. a few people i know have a set price for a fall clean-up. does anyone have any recommendations for me. thanks

I charge by the Man/hour & also a haul/dump fee
