Macon, middle georgia turfgrasses
Simple question. What kind of grass is grown in middle Georgia along the fall line, like in Macon? We have Tall Fescue and Bermuda and a touch of Zoysia and Centipede here in Atlanta, but it's about 6 degrees warmer year round south of here. I was curious where they stop growing cool season grasses and stick to all warm season stuff.

In Columbus Ga you'll find mostly bermuda, zoysia, Centipede, St Augustine, carpetgrass and believe it or not, some bahiagrass lawns. Fescue plays out pretty quick in the heat.
