Walker 20 HP Kohler RPM ?

What is the correct RPM that the Walker with 20 hp kohler should be at ???? My machine just feels like it s slowing down .. Someone had once told me that the throtle cable streatches out after the first 100 hours and it would need to be adjusted, However all the stops seem to be still at the right points ?? does this make sense...:::???? Thanks

If I remenber right it should be around 3600 RPM. Our walker doesnt sound like it is running top speed but if I put the tack on it it is running about 20 RPM over. Must be the muffler system on it.
