What is the best??

Hi I am thinking about starting a mowing service in Central Pa. I have a few questions though. Like what kind of mower triimer edger works best in this area? What is the average price here? How many weeks a year should I base my billing on? Do you charge extra for cemetaries? I have one cemetary that wants me too mow, but Im not sure what to bid them the size is around 1 acre and it is full of headstones!

A cemetery with lots of head stones? there's a surprise!
Just kidding man,
My only opinion on the cemetery deal is to try it out, and then figure a price for them. There is a whole lot of trimming around each one of those head stones, and chance are it will take a lot longer to trim, than to actually mow it.
as far as your area, I am not too sure about the type of grass etc, but being new myself, I would suggest to buy the highest quality equipment you can afford. It costs a little extra now, but it pays for itself real fast!
Working on broken equipment day in and day out lengthens every job you do, and doesn't bring you in any money.
Good luck with the business though!

Buy the best equipment you can afford, and a mower with the biggest cut that will be practical for the majority of your lawns. You dont want to buying new/cheap trimmers and blowers or replacing parts on your mowers every year.

Wasted time is wasted money!!
