You know, If you visit a few welding shops you could get a similar price and some instruction. Plus you going to need gas and accesories.

If you want a mig go with a 220 volt version the 120 volt models have a low duty cycle and your pretty limited what you can weld.
Go with a Miller or Hobart you will be guaranteed to get parts in most welding shops and Industrial supply places those no name brands like Century is too hard to get parts for. |

If the funds are available go to the 135 or 175!! IMO |

TOO WEAK, get something thats 175amp. then you can do .25" in just one pass. I would suggest Lincoln.
