It pays to READ... I had a final bid come in today and the guy tried to slip in "gutter cleaning" for all the stores. He said please read and send back stating you agree. We agreed to use his bid proposal as an attachment to my contract.

He tried to slide in 13 of 16 stores having gutters ranging from 60'-160' in length. Cant wait to see his response to the prices I put!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does anyone know how I go about forming an LLC through the state of michigan. I've heard you can fill out all the paper work online, but I can't find it. Thanks for the help!

I still have 48in exmark wb 15 hp kawasaki 2002-2003
48in scag wb 15 hp kawasaki no more then 250 hours 2006
Both are belt driven
