Help!

We're working with a small management/real estate company mowing some houses for them here and there. They have one in Lincoln Park that needs done urgently, they say it's violating code.. one of "those" ones. Great. It's about 40 minutes from me and I'd rather not make the drive. If anyone would be willing to do it, I'd really appreciate it. I believe this will be a bi-weekly til the end of the year.

Address is 1775 London Ave, Lincoln Park, MI 48146

As for price/payment.. It sounds like it'll be more than a regular mow since it's violating code.. maybe $30 or $40 to go in and chug through it real quick? I'm not making any $ off this, just trying to get it done for the mgmt. company.

Call me at 248 756 7201 or email mike@lawnprooutdoor.com if you can help. Thanks!

Here's what Google Earth shows.. not sure if it's this exact house, but it's one of the 4 surrounding it. (Never know the accuracy of Google Earth)

Heads up guys - if you need tires for ANYTHING, but them NOW! Congress just enacted a foreign tire tariff/tax - aimed mostly at cheap Chinese made tires. Most cheap tires will jump in price at LEAST 30% very soon.
BTW - most of the big guys (goodyear, firestone, etc....) get their low-end tires from the Chinese.

FYI - the cheapest I've found for 23x12x10.50 tires (common rider size) is $60. Anyone know of any cheaper? I just bought them out - about 20 tires.

i need four 225/r75/15 LR "d". these aftermarket tires suck donkey balls, they last about 3 months the compound is so soft on them. the tread new is half the depth of the oem tires on my other trailer. $310 is the best price i found on carlies (what ever the spelling is) but im not buying those again because the tread always ends up being a gator on the highway.

anybody know of any good trailer tires that can take the scrubbing from a 20' er ?

m&s is it going to rain tomorrow?

Ha.. your funny

Tuesday: Isolated showers before 10am, then a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2pm. Patchy dense fog before 10am. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a high near 78. Calm wind becoming south around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Would you like to know about the rest of my day?

Dear Picasso,

This is what I did today. Pictures are included since you're not real good at understanding verbal communication.

I woke up at 745 and got ready, met my partner outside my house and at some McD's for breakfast. We then got in my truck and drove 5 houses down the street, to my neighbors house, where our work day would soon take place.

Broke out the new Harbor Freight tow strap that I bought on Sunday and began ripping trees, bushes, and weeds out. Here's a before and after.

Also trimmed some bushes and moved about 20 small boulders on the side of the house. We finished around 2:30.

The end.
