Yea but back in the 80s it wasnt as poteint as it is now adays. With the technology they have now adays there getting 20-25% thc. Back then it was like 7-8%. Thats what i read in a book that the state of michiagn gave me. LOL

Hey guys still looking for someone in the Flint area.

The property is on Dort Highway near Hill Rd.

Work will include mowing, spot spraying for weeds in lots monthly, fertilizer, shrub trimming, spring/fall clean up ect.

This is commercial propertie and I expect you to be insured and professional so please dont waste my time I appreciate it. Also I have used a couple guys on here to sub out work to and would be more than happy to use them as a reference.

What do you guys think about leasing vs buying mowers? I was going to buy a used ZTR but I am thinking I may be better off putting $3K or more down on a new one

Has anyone been keeping up on this so called new healthcare bill. If it passes we are screwed. It will be mandatory for all companies to supply health insurance for there employees no matter if they are part time or full time. I heard even if you sub work you will have to provide health care for them too. Also we will have to pay a 2-8% payroll tax no matter what. Sounds like a new world order to me.

Still working on the CDL, but the contractor I work for now, wanted me to get the Chauffers NOW...and no they didn't give me a hard time
