Mike, you are wrong there. I have worked for the city for years and they always pay in 21 days. Never had an issue.

John did you lose all the Eastpointe work? I know Ed's 2 monkeys and a mower, and lapinski did all the code violation work last year.

Well maybe different by location but Richmond/Lenox was hard to collect from.
That's why I don't do city work no more. Maybe u just have great luck. Some don't.
Green meadows low balls everything, that's why they have so much work, plus the 75 Mexicans he has.lol

Green Meadows does a huge apartment complex (brittaney park) off 94 they are there cutting in the dark I've seen em as late as 830 still mowing.

I saw some guys out spreading Pre Emergent today. Soil temp is still a little low but won't be long. I'm thinking we might get 3 cuts in in April instead of the 1 or 2 cuts in the last 2 years.
