I start putting out yard signs in two weeks ,I always pull work from them,if all my buisness from last year comes back I really don't need any more unless I expand and start a second crew ,which is fine by me as long as I can find some decent guys with some good work ethics and common senes

Lots of people are really gretty, even illegals.I had a illegal mex that I've known for about 5 years and he's all ways asked about working with me so this winter I gave him a shot .the first storm he worked great ,second storm no problem then the last storm that never happened I call to let em know what time to start he says(I need at least 18 an hour or I can't work)he was making 14 and just riding in the truck with my other driver .out of 10 hours he might work 4,I hope I can find a Leader with a realistic grasp on life that understands you don't always start at the top but if you work hard a show me what you got I will take care of him.

Sounds like a good price. I was just Joking about going though deerfield subs.
Yea, that's a federal offense putting flyers in the flags. Can't put anything in or around mail boxes. Only in the bottom paper spot if there is one. About 7 yrs ago I got a call from the postmaster and had to pay almost 600.00 in fines and postage for all the flyers I put In the flags. This was sterling hghts.

Yea I might of passed a few out in deerfield I'm not sure. I know they need to go in the paper boxes but the sub I wanted to pass out in didn't have any so it had to be flags. My buddy got a call from the chesterfield postmaster a couple years ago and the mail lady had pulled all his flyers which the postmaster said come get them or pay a fine!!!

Yea for sure. Theses door hangers are huge, double sided, full color and they hang from the door handle all the way to the bottom of the door. So people have to look at them. I'm kind of excited to see the return on them!!
