In the trucks/vans I believe...305 was a waste of metal.

They were turds. I remember a kid in high school pulling the 305 out to put a 383 stroker in and it was still a turd. Toooooo heavy.

The buick grand national ss had a 305 turbo charged and is still a fast car. It may have been a turd in other cars but not in the grand national.

Brad,

Before I say anything check your facts on the grand national motor. My family owned 3 of them. We owned a gnx also. They had a little smaller motor than a 305 and only had 6 cylinders.

Just had a new addition to the family. Colton thomas was born at 10 pm last night. He weighed 8lbs 10ozs. And was 22" long. I cant get the pic to upload.
