15 $ lawns is a joke they can keep em ,I need profits and lots of it .my lawn crew brings good money but it's time to consolidate and start letting go of customers to far or not priced correctly effincy is the key.

Amen to that. Trying to go over things now and decide who to get rid of. If they dont use more then 3 of my services. there gone.

How are you guys going about acquiring quality workers going into the season? I'm at that awkward point of too much for one person, and too little for two people, too little time being a full time Student to make the investment to have te demand for a full crew

Do what you can do and be happy,finding good people that will be there when u need them require real pay checks and consistant work .its not easy .more snow coming tomorrow

I think a good idea would be to have a part-time worker.

Schedule yourself and your worker to work together for 2 days, perhaps a monday and tuesday, and put twice as many accounts on those two days, or so.

Then the rest of the week will leave you with enough work you can do on your own. And as you add more accounts, start consolidating into Wednesday.
