Hey guys i am in the shelby area i was wondering what is a good place to buy a small piece of land and build a building on for a shop type of thing. If you have any ideas i would want a building maybe 4k and thats it so maybe an half acre or 1 acre any ideas what the total cost would be?

Best bet is to buy some property north of here with a pole barn already on site. Casco/Richmond area.
