do it yourself bedliners?

has anybody tried the do it your self roll in bedliners? How well do they hold up?

friend of mine tried that do it yourself bedliner for his landscape truck it sucked it peeled within six months stick with rhino liner they last forever

I did mine with the rustoleum 2 part epoxe kit. It worked relly well, clean it good lots of degreaser, then wipe it with acetone, scuff it good a DA sander would work well, I used a course sanding pad. wipe it out again with acetone. Follow directions, Mine has scratched through a couple of small places but I did it when the temp was just barly warm enough and I did iy while I was on duty at the fire dept If I had done it off duty I would have taken more time.
