distillers grain and secure 'n safe?!?!
OK- I have yet ANOTHER question..I went to the local farmers elevator grain place today and was informed that they no longer have corn gluten meal. So, now they carry something called...distillers grain, in place of the corn gluten meal. Will this provide me with the desired affects?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Second question...They also said the they carry a product called "Secure 'N Safe." Supposedly, this possesses cgm, and will do the same. It is to be applied 20lb/1000sq ft. It provides 4lb N/1000sqft. It is in pelletized form. So, have you heard of this?!?
Thanks Again!
If you wanted to experiment with distiller's grain, it would be a pure experiment. I believe it will work like magic as a fertilizer but if it works for weed seed suppression, I don't know.
The other product you mentioned, Secure 'N Safe, is an organic CGM product licensed for weed seed suppression. Here's a link.
