I am sorry to hear about the experience that you had with the local dealers. They obviously will not have their doors open for long with that attitude.

I would appreciate it if you would relay your experience back to the Distributor number that I gave you. We realize the importance of Service today. Unfortunately there is little I can do to ensure that you recieve it.

As for the sharpener, I was unaware that it was for sale on E-Bay.
