Growth Regulators?????

I have an eleyagnus hedge row that grows about 2' per month.

Could I use a growth regulator slow this down? If so, what is a good regulator to use?

I have never used a growth regulator so enlighten me.

I am growing my own Kale for fall planting the first time this year.

B-Nine was suggested and seems to be working. Though I do have to the second spray. Also listed for various ornamentals

Lesco has a growth regulator for truf

Mind you, this stuff is expensive.

Attrimmec from PBI Gordon is what you're looking for.
