not a flat AGAIN

is there somthing that i can use in my tires so i wont get so may FLATS? how bout that faom stuff, im not talking about that tire foam eather, the stuff im talkin about is in a can an they use it for crack and stuff in construction???? can some one help???

I know ATV riders and tractor owners use it to prevent flats, no reason it won't work for a mower just as well.
