Just starting out and need a name, this is what I've come up with so far.

Green Stripes Mowing Service
or
Pro-Stripes Lawn Service
Pro-Stripes Mowing service

Just mow , blow , and go for now .......maybe light lawnscaping

Will be needing a logo too......was thinking of using a photo of a nicely striped lawn with my info and company name printed on top of that.......what do you think?

Changed my mind (again)....Gonna go with "Buzzin' Blades Lawn Service........already searched the state database and it is not taken.........whatcha think of this name.......don't hurt me too bad

I would take out the Etc. and possiblly reword your slogan. Maybe like "we take pride in our work, so you can too" or something like that. over all you are headded in the write dirrection. the cards could get costly with the full color lawn mowers on them. Just my 2 cents. If you can afford it get a professionaly designed logo. If you get a good logo then you can move from there with type style and such. the more you work on it the better it will get. Just try and give yourself several options so you can choose one and have others look at them.
