Forum placement?

can we push the Snowplowing forum down the list to the bottom? Its not an onsite link i have to mouse over it to get to the next forum. If i wanted to go to plowsite.com i'd go there directly.

I remember back a long time ago, in the winter, the snow forum would get bumped up closer to the top of the page.
Then come spring, it would be moved back down again.

Since it's winter, this may be one of the reasons it has been moved up for more visibility.
