Nice Equipment Ryan! How do you like your E-Z Dumper? What is the capacity? I am considering purchasing one this fall.

trimmerhead - I love the ezdumper. It's worth every penny.

Not sure if you want weight capacity or area, so i'll give you both.

Weight capacity of dumper itself is 3 tons I think. But, the truck can only handle 1.5 tons with dumper in it.

Dumper without sides will hold 2 cu. yds. With my sides on it will hold about 4.5 cu. yds.

The trailer is a 6x12 and isn't big enough

I bought the 12' to begin with because it was big enough for what I had and anything bigger wouldn't fit in my garage. If I upgraded to a 16' I would have to unload everything at night and keep the trailer outside. What I really need is an enclosed trailer. But, I don't think that's going to happen anytime soon.

I would definitely go with an enclosed trailer. I have a Haulmark that is 8 1/2' by 16' that i will never get rid of. It only costs around $5,400 with the landscapers kit, so if you can afford it get it.

Did you make the wooden sides on your ez dumper?

Yes, I made the sides for the dumper PJ.

I can't decide if I want to paint them or not?

What do you guys think? I was considering painting them black but not sure.
