leaf blower <65db

Does anyone recommend a backpack leaf blower that operates <65db?
I was told by the city to get a quieter blower! They passed a noise bylaw last January and I tried to ignore it.

Town of Fairfield in CT has some spots where it is illegal to use backpacks or push blowers. Its completely laughable that the rich idiots that need and want our services the most would pass laws making it undesirable to work for them. Iv seen the guys try blowing the entire properties off sidewalks, driveways, and the street with the mower decks. Its a joke doesnít come out as well and it takes longer. I just wont take on accounts there let them do their own or lynch the clowns that made these silly laws.
