How much money do you guys average per year from each residential maintenance account? Please specify how many months you work.

Without adding them up, roughly $2200.00 for a 10k square foot lawn and 700 square feet garden. Full service. That is just an average account though.

Same here about 2500-2700 for most residentals full service.

depends on the lawns size and really on how much trimming and edging needs to be done. I range from 900- 41week to 4000-41 week agreements. Only mow,trim, edge and blowing of hard surfaces. Full service for bushes and such there is really no way to make a average price because each landscape is different.

right around 1400 for a 30 week. Thats just mow, trim blow and go. apps and bush trimming is more. as for spring and fall cleanups.
