How do i email someone if they are not on the site?

Send them a PM ... they will be informed via email when they get a new PM. (as long as they have their profile set to get PM's and email)

Just pointing out there is another category and it is on topic with the discussion.

I have always tried to be helpful here and did not want people thinking I had disabled my PM function and was not being sociable or helpful.
