jpmako, I was just wondering if you were going to post those logos or do you want to email them to me? Thanks.

Very nice logo. Looks like it will fit nicely as a banner on letterhead. Or centered on a business card and even well under return address on envelopes. One small suggestion Landscaping, Inc. should probably be 25% larger it is part of your name and needs to be readable. Also I would suggest having different files of your logo that have a scaled Landscaping, Inc. for different applications. IE. banner as letterhead would have smaller Landscape, Inc. in proportion to rest of logo while logo on return envelope would be slightly larger in proportion to logo.
Again very appealing.

GlorifiedLawnBoy - Thanks for your input, you are definitely right about the Landscaping, Inc. I do have a couple of different versions of this logo, (one for business cards, one for letterhead, flyers etc.) I also placed it on a picture of an enclosed trailer and was pretty happy with the outcome. I am hopeful that an enclosed trailer with logo/info and phone number will be a good way of spreading my name around.

I also saw in another post that you are a web designer as well.
How do you manage to do both? I too own a web design business, and am not looking forward to managing both businesses this year. I think that I am going to Sub-Out some of my web design work to someone else. I am anticipating a very busy year with Landscaping and don't see myself having any time for my Web clients.

Thanks again..

Hi jpmako, I am burnt out. No more web or graphics work for me. I even went very light with my own web site for BestHomeLawns and haven't even bothered finishing the Personnel page. No Flash no heavy graphics. Nothing cool or exciting just plain easy to find info.
I am going to concentrate 100% on BestHomeLawns and enjoy the fresh air. If I didn't have to revamp the operations for 2004 (moving into a 100% organic program.) I would be in Costa Rica for a month as I did 2 years ago at this time.
Next year I am planning a whole month in Costa Rica something I couldn't do again if I had to worry about web site design and graphic arts.
