Toro 36

I paid up for the Accelerator when I purchase my Toro 36 walkbehind. The thing has never fit right and the opening of the bag doesn't sit square with the mower chute. Unless the grass is bone dry, the bag doesn't fill from back to front and the mower deck begins to clog before the bag is even full. We constantly have to remove it, pack the grass, put it back on then repeat the process until it's FINALLY full.

Why don't you give me a call about your complaint? If you have read this forum at all, you know that I take care of people. There are several possiblilities:

1) You could have the wrong catcher

2) It could be mounted incorrectly

3) The mower may not be a good bagging type of mower- It may be optimized for mulching

4) We made the catcher opening too small for the mower you are using

I would be happy to try to solve your problem. Remember those customers who go for months without saying anything and then give a huge burst of complaints? You wonder why they did'nt contact you in the first place before they get all upset. Give me a chance to take care of you. I will be gone this Sunday through the following monday (taking the president's day week off with my kids to go skiing). I will try to help you out as best I can.

Accelerator Works great on Toro 36". Check the size of the opening & see if it matches the discharge. My eXmark Accelerators have a smaller opening.
