Kawasaki 17 starter
Electric starter does not turn over. I have tried charging the battery and jumping the solnoid to no avail. Wher can I buy a new starter for a FH500V? And how much would you guess it cost?

Check your yellow pages for a starter repair shop. It will be WAY cheaper than buying a new one.

Get it rebuilt. Or if you do buy a new one, get the old one rebuilt,then you'll have a spare.
