Hate to say "I told ya so" (ok, not really) but apparently someone has now written a whole book on what I've been saying for a while now. Here's the link.

1. Mexico has great potential to solve their own problems but chooses not to.
2. Mexico uses us to care for their poor, because it's easier to freeload off the US than to invest to solve their problems.
3. Having us as a safety valve actually harms most poor Mexicans.
4. The longer we allow Mexico to freeload, the longer their people will suffer.
