Check out NEBS I got some last year, can't remember how much but they were very resonable and came out pretty good. They have a couple of different designs to pick from.

Does anyone use doorhangers with an envelope attached? I used to get fuel oil delivered and they would hang one on the door with an invoice inside. I would like to leave these after a service call but my local office supply stores haven't heard of such a thing. Where can I get some?
