I don't know if this'll help you or not. I've got an HR214. It has a switch located in the choke/throttle linkage area. It's operated by a small spring from the switch to the linkage. With the throttle lever at idle, full throttle, and choke, the switch is on: engine runs. With the throttle lever in the OFF position, the switch is off. Engine won't run. Did the spring or something similar fall off? Might be something simple. Good luck.
