snapshot???

ive heard this product talked about before on this site. as far as i know it is a pre-emergant for common weeds.

i was wondering where i can get this from??
what effect does it have on ornamental grass & flowers?
will it get rid of 'thistle' weeds?

we use it and it is a pretty good product. the only down fall is if a squirrel digs in the mulch then there goes the weed barrier.
