I agree with this statement concerning putting fabric down.Waste of time in my book. And as well the weeds begin to germinate on top of the fabric also.
Seven yards of mulch will not take much to get done.....it depends on how much prep work you will do. (Edging etc.)
It's certainly no more than half a day's work.
