complete landscaping/lawn main biz for sales

Well I am considering selling out. We are located in TX and we have the following equipment and contracts available for sale:

1995 Ford F250 4x4
2001 14 ft tandem axle trailer
1999 scag turf tiger 52" z turn
2002 gravely 36 wb
1994 scag wb
3 echo weed eaters
echo pb650
echo pb450?
echo hand held blower
2 john deere commercial push mowers (01, and 02 yr models)
various tools
echo pole pruner
echo power hedge trimmers
wheel barrow
spreaders etc.

We have reduced our clients in order to phas out the company but we still have 3 res clients on yearly contracts and probably 30 we do on a normal basis and 4 commercial contacts.

I would prefer to sell as a whole but will consider selling individually. I have a crew of very experienced guys who I would recommend to who ever buys the co.
