Job Prices

I have gopher now and the other forms, plus all the tools & trailer lined up to buy come june i need to start. But i need to find out a average price per lot to charge.
I will only do res. to start.So i need prices on
1/4, 1/2, 3/4, & 1 acre lots (flordia mainly)

Decide what you are worth per hour and carefully select a rate based on your overhead costs and such. Then you can figure prices for 30 min and 45min respectively. I hope this is of assistance to you and good luck.
