Third Party Contractor?!?

I had just recieved a letter i the mail from P.a.r.k.e.r M.e.r.i.d.i.a.n and am wondering if anyone else has recieved one?

does anyone use this thrid party for your business? if so, is it worth it? it almost sounds to good to be true. someone else that finds the customers and sub-contractocs you.

Also i was looking at the prices that i would receive for lawn maintenance, as follows

LAWN MOWING
Less than .25 acre $25
.26 acre to .5 acre $40
.5 acre to 1 acre $60
1 acre to 2 acre $100

OTHER SERVICES
Tall grass surcharge $15
Sidewalk Edging $15
Hedging $15

now what happens with cuztomers with over 2 acres?!? about 90% of the customers i have are over 2 acres. we live in a rural area where the lots are a minimum 2 acres.

Also i was reading their version of the contract, and i'll tell ya what they do NOT know how to write up a contract, it looks pretty bad and with many loop-holes for the customer to find.

any thoughts from ya'll??!?
