Anyway, maybe shrink it down to 28x18. $10,000? $17,000, $20,000, $6,000?
Post a guess and see how close you are.

If done right, $48,000.00 (at least!!)
for $20,000 you could maybe get the supplies, but very little labor.
After proper filtration for koi, pumps for streams and falls, lighting, mulch, rock, liner, lumber for decking, and cheap labor $48,000. I did a 23' x 16' with a average depth of 66", Upper pond 10' x 5', 40' stream split into two cascading fall, with no lights but some extra patio and landscape work, my cost for materials was over $20,000. Pumps alone were $1,000. I hope nobody here is installing something like this for $6,000. Building ponds is fun, but paying your customer to let you build them one, takes all the fun out of it. Next time you want to spend 20k on pond supplies, let me know and I'll hook you up.
My pond supplies were under 5000 easily. rock under 3000. Sold it for 17778.

I just set a 18ft water fall with a 11X16 Pond 2.5ft deep, and the cost for just for the supplies was $6900.00, $3000.00 was just in Stone. Total cost to customer $14,000
So If you did a pond that size and the supplies only cost less than $5000.00. You had to use cheap stuff and not much stone. I hope you did not give a warrenty. For your answear I would charge $24,000 for a project like the one you installed |

I'll get a pic. No cheap porducts. 45mil liner, flex pvc, skimmer. guessing 30 ton boulders, I don't have the paper out right now.
True, this could have been a 24k project. But the cost wasn't there this time.
