40 weekly mowing accounts and thats still rising, may be up to 45 by now, havent had enough time to figure it all out, and about 70 spring cleanups including those 45 to do. Some spring cleanups are just aerating and overseeding. I didnt know spring cleanups took this long and so i bit the bullet on quite a few of them. Took in money but just didnt make enough per hour. On one, I only made 23 per man hour, but I will make it up in mowingand mulching. All the new estimates I am going high and just getting them. I cut Wednesday and Thursday, but only if we are behind after school, and then all day saturday and sunday. Probalby wont take that long but I am just not sure yet, will see in another week when we start mowing. I am going to be getting a lot more mulch and lawn install jobs, so I will be working most of the week. Have to make enough money for another truck and then college.

Yeah, just got three more accounts today so I'm up to 13, but as I said before, I'm limited to one neighborhood because I can't drive.

First year I started I had 12 at the end of the season and now a little over a year and a half later I am doing 53. I still work a regular full time job and have turned a couple down only because of time constraints and I don't want to start slacking on the quality.

how do you mow 25 clients in two 4 hour days? i get 10-13 out of a 2 man crew in an 8 hour day.

so 100 of them are 1/2 - 3/4 acre? plus another 25 of differing sizes. thats like 20 1/2-3/4 acre properties per 8 hour day for your 2 man crew? plus another 5 properties per day of miscellaneous sizes? again, how do they do it?

Just started out this past March 25th, I have 4 accounts at this time, most my accounts came from running a small add in one of the shopper papers in Apopka Fl. While some came from a mailer that i did, the last one came from the HOA that is in my housing area.

One of my buddies runs an irrigation company and is to busy to mow his own.:alien:
