Pond in Progress

http://community.webshots.com/user/nnjsnow100

Still has some work to be done to it. Its a display at the garden center I work at, i've done all the work bymyself, wall looked better the first time, bosses cousin knocked the first one down which put me behind a bit. Got all that done in one full day so one more day and it should be finished. I would appreciate any feedback comments dislikes etc.

Landman,

I'm not a fan of preforms at all. I think in 85% (proubly more) of the cases they fail. If you want a wet place to grow some bog plants I guess these would work, but for fish or as a low maintenance water garden they don't work. Are you selling these components at the garden center? Your craftmanship seems good, I just don't like the product.

Yea the boss just got into the pond part of the business, all he is going to do is ponds with liners, but since we were building this pond "above ground" he wanted to use a preformed unit, its just a display to get people to get an idea of what an installation would look like. Like I said most of our work will be liner based but you have to be open to the customers desires.

Not trying to knock you but I would never use an above ground, premade pond for advertising. I think It looks very tackey

I like the rock choice through
