exhaust blowing out trim side onto shrubs

My new 36" stander has the exhaust outlet on the trim side and cause the machine is so small the exhaust outlet is a few inches from the outside of deck.. Problem is while cutting manicured lawns with fancy beds and expensive ornamentals, the exhaust is blowing right onto the shrubs............... Wright said they had no real remedy other than to go to a dealer and buy a new manifold from kawi that would relocate the muffler ??? But who knows if that will really work ?? ANybody else have this issue on any machine and how did you rectify it....... Thanks

Put a curved tube on the muffler. You can have it go forwards.

Pluming supply, Try a copper fitting and just drill a hole and put a screw in it.

you might can put a plate in front of it about an inch away from the exhaust pipe, it would deflect it into all directions but that one
