TSM - The area with the most poa are the ryegrass fairways and I overseed them every year so a preemege is unfortunately out of the question. But you are right, a fall preemergent would certainly help. Although, when I was at a course with bermuda as the predominant turf I did apply Barricade in the fall with mixed results. Unfortunately, it is a lot harder to get poa out of rye than bermuda.

Comanski, I've never worked on golf course (well I did care for some 8 greens at a driving range a few years ago. Bentgrass greens) anyway we're residential lawn care cool season turf, and I've done the fall preemergents trying to control poa, also with mixed results, I was curious how the results were on golfcourse, thanks for the reply
