clover in beds

I have a job renewing some landscape beds that are infested with clover. My question is whats the best way to handle this. beds are also loaded with tulips. thanks for any suggestions

RoundUp. Keep it off the tulips.

Redo the entire bed when you are sure the foliage has completely died back.
